Is every lead sent to all the listed companies in an area?
No, the potential customer chooses which companies he or she wants to receive a quote from. On average 4 out of the 6 listed companies are selected.

Can I quit my listing at any time?
Yes, you may cancel the agreement at anytime by sending an e-mail or fax that you want to stop receiving our leads. You will be billed only for the leads sent to you until the moment of cancellation.

Do I have to pay for incomplete or hoax quotation requests?
If a lead (hoax) has incorrect contact details (both telephone and email address are incorrect) then you can claim for a credit, provided the claim is made with in 14 days. Please include a copy of the lead in question. You can send it by mail to: sales@couriers-united-kingdom.co.uk

What if I receive the same quotation request twice?
Sometimes you will receive duplicate leads, however all duplicate leads are automatically recognised by our system, so you only get billed for them once.

Are all visitors looking for discounts?
No, many visitors use our services because they are looking for a fast and easy way to select the best company to serve their moving needs. Our experience shows that a fast reaction and a professional way of dealing with the potential client is the most successful way in receiving a comission. It is all in your hands!

How can I check the number of charged quotation requests?
Every quotation request has a quotation number. This number runs consecutively, and indicates the amount of quotation requests already transmitted during one month. This way you can monitor how many requests you receive, and also if a request number is missing and needs to be resent to you (whereby you should contact our sales team who will be happy to help). At the beginning of each month you will receive an invoice with a list of all the quotation requests charged.
